Macomb County Animal Control is participating in the Bissell Pet Foundation's "Empty the Shelters" event!

We would like to let you all know that due to the overwhelming response and applications submitted for the Bissell "Empty The Shelter" event on April 29th, we have closed the online application link. In our previous Bissell events, on average there were about 15 dogs available for adoption and 10-15 cats. We do not want to steer people away from other facilities that are participating in this event as we will not meet the demand of applications submitted. We do encourage those looking to add a new family member to stop at our facility located at 21417 Dunham Road Clinton Township MI 48036, between 10am and 5pm and fill out an adoption application for the event. If you do not have an application completed, you will not be able visit with an animal for potential adoption.

Macomb County Animal Control On Patrol #9

Macomb County Animal Control On Patrol

Macomb County Animal Control has partnered with Shelby TV to create "Macomb County Animal Control On Patrol".  The show runs on your local cable access station as well as online at this link.  "On Patrol" is full of real footage of our officers and staff as they work to help the animals and citizens of Macomb County.   We hope you will follow us as we investigate animal cruelty, conduct community outreach, save animals in our care and much more!
